If you'd like to book straight away, the fastest way is to use the tool. Press 'Click here', fill in the dates desired and send it to us. You can also send an email to info@cubacasa.nl, stating your name and address, the dates you wish to arrive and depart and your mobile telephone number. Don't forget to mention which room you'd like to book and with how many people. All these details affect the price. You'll find the rates on each of the pages of the various rooms in our accommodation.
If the room of your choice is available for the date you request, we will send you an email to confirm the booking.* By booking with us, you automatically agree to CubaCasa general terms and conditions. They can be downloaded here. Bear in mind: sending us your details does not guarantee the booking. Only when you have received official confirmation from CubaCasa, can you be certain that we will be reserving the room you wish for you on the date you wish.
Remark: if a room doesn’t show after using the ‘tool’, than this means, that it is allready booked by someone else. B&B CubaCasa follows the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (2006). You can download them on the information page of this website. By sending a booking request, you agree to this terms of conditions.
* NB If you have a Hotmail account, our email to confirm your booking may end up in your spambox. It's preferable to use a different address or check your spambox regularly if you're expecting a booking confirmation from us. CubaCasa cannot be held liable for non-delivery of an email message and any missed booking as a consequence. If you cannot find our confirmation email in your system, please give us a call (06-29594849). We are glad to be of service and have absolutely no desire to see you trip spoilt. But it takes two to tango!
If you are planning to come ‘home’ late, be aware that the main doorway of CubaCasa will be locked after 00h00.
The minimum age to rent a room, without being accompanied by at least one parent, is 18 years old. Its possible that a passport or identification card will be asked for.
Let us know your arrival time
The reception desk here at CubaCasa is not permanently staffed, so we ask you in the email confirming your booking to let us know in advance your approximate time of arrival, so we can make certain there is someone here to welcome you.
Drop off luggage earlier
The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival; our limited lobby space means that it is not possible, in principle, to drop off luggage earlier. However, we make en exception for guests who have booked with us directly (so not through a portal such as Booking.com).
These guests may drop off their luggage earlier if necessary. We recommend you park your car in the multi-storey car park on St.Janssingel so that you won't have far to walk to get your luggage out of the car when you come to CubaCasa to check in at around 15:00. That will allow us to continue getting our rooms ready without interruption
